The NEWTON FAST from Petzl is an ergonomic and lightweight harness that is quick to put on. It has foam-padded shoulder straps and FAST LT buckles on the leg loops, which allow the harness to be put on with the feet on the ground without changing the setting. The material loops and attachment options for the TOOLBAG tool bag allow quick access to work tools. The textile sternal fall arrest eyelet and the metal dorsal fall arrest eyelet increase the range of possible uses. It is certified in accordance with European and Russian standards.

Durch das ergonomische Design liegt der Gurt eng am Körper an und sorgt gleichzeitig für optimale Bewegungsfreiheit. Die textile sternale Auffangöse ist leicht und abriebfest. Die dorsale Auffangöse besteht aus eloxiertem Aluminium für hohe Langlebigkeit. Durch die ergonomische Form der schaumstoffgepolsterten Schulterträger werden Reibungspunkte an Nacken oder Hals reduziert. Der Gurt hat Befestigungsmöglichkeit für einen LIFT-Rettungsbügel zum aufrechten Abseilen.

Dank der FAST LT-Schnallen an den Beinschlaufen kann der Gurt mit den Füßen am Boden angelegt werden. Die Schnallen lassen sich auch mit Handschuhen schnell und einfach öffnen und schließen, ohne die Einstellung zu verändern. Mit der FAST LT PLUS-Schnalle des Brustriemens lässt sich der Gurt auch mit Handschuhen schnell und einfach öffnen und schließen, ohne die Einstellung zu verändern. Das Entriegelungssystem reduziert das Risiko einer unbeabsichtigten Öffnung. Die mit selbstverriegelnden DOUBLEBACK-Schnallen ausgestatteten Schulterträger lassen sich schnell und einfach einstellen.
