PETZL KARABINER Am'D

The lightweight asymmetric Am'D carabiner from Petzl is made of aluminium. Its D-shape is ideal for attaching various devices (abseiling devices or lanyards). The edge-free surface on the inside and the keylock system make it easy to clip and unclip. The Am'D carabiner is available with three locking systems: the automatic TRIACT-LOCK and BALL-LOCK systems and the manual SCREW-LOCK system. The Am'D can be combined with Petzl's CAPTIV positioning bar to favour the load on the carabiner along the longitudinal axis, prevent it from twisting and ensure that it forms a fixed unit with the device.
