The Petzl JANE-Y as a lanyard for fall protection is a non-adjustable lanyard made of dynamic rope, which is combined with a Petzl ABSORBICA to form a Y-lanyard with energy absorber. The plastic covers keep the carabiners in the correct position, facilitate clipping and protect the end connections from abrasion. It has two symmetrical strands.
